We’re seeking a dedicated RN Case Manager to support our inpatient units and help ensure every patient receives compassionate, coordinated, and efficient care throughout their hospital stay.

As an RN Case Manager, you will play a vital role in bridging clinical care, care coordination, and discharge planning. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, social workers, and interdisciplinary team members to help patients navigate their care journey with clarity, safety, and dignity.

In line with guidance from the New York State Department of Health, Ellis Medicine has reinstated our influenza policy for the duration of flu season. As flu and respiratory virus season continues, we urge everyone to follow guidelines and protocols to protect the health and safety of our patients, colleagues, and visitors.

Key updates include restrictions on sick visitors and visitors under the age of 12, as well as limited NICU access.
