Recovery is about so much more than stopping a behavior β€” it’s about building a life that feels meaningful, connected, and whole. Creative expression plays a powerful role in that journey.

That’s why we’re excited to support Caffe Lena’s Sober Salon, a quarterly, alcohol-free creative space designed specifically for people in recovery. Music, poetry, art, crafts, comedy, storytelling β€” all forms of expression are welcome, and attendance is free.

This is what prevention looks like:
βœ”οΈ Safe spaces
βœ”οΈ Belonging
βœ”οΈ Connection
βœ”οΈ Purpose

πŸ—“ 2026 Sober Salon Dates:
β€’ February 22 (Kick-off)
β€’ June 30
β€’ September 29
β€’ December 29

πŸ“ Saratoga Springs
🎟 Free & substance-free

Take a moment to share this with someone who might need a safe, sober space to be creative β€” or come check it out yourself. Recovery thrives when people are seen, heard, and supported.
