Our patients are unfortunately being affected by the changes in the NY State Health Insurance Marketplace. It is crucial that all enrollees update their contact and address information with NY State of Health, their Local Department of Social Services, or the New York City Human Resources Administration (if they enrolled through these offices) to ensure that their renewal information reaches them.

Those residing in New York can subscribe to NY State of Health text alerts for updates and enrollment reminders by texting START to 1-866-988-0327. Spanish-speaking residents can subscribe to these alerts by texting INICIAR to the same number.

Historically, practitioners were required to manually alter a plaster cast, which was often a time-consuming process.
