🚗 Getting patients to care just got easier.

We’re thrilled to partner with Ride Health, a leader in transportation coordination for healthcare organizations, to bring more streamlined, tech-enabled ride referrals to the Unite Us platform.

Together with our customer Healthy Alliance, we’ve launched a new integration that enables care teams to:

✅ Send Ride Health referrals directly from Unite Us
✅ Receive real-time status updates
✅ Send invoices for transportation services—all in one place

“This collaboration with Unite Us, against the backdrop of increased investment in transportation for health-related social needs in , furthers our mission to ensure that transportation is never a barrier to care,” said Imran Cronk, Founder & Chief Strategy Officer of Ride Health.

Unite Us is proud to partner with Ride Health to help healthcare organizations manage transportation benefits, strengthen enterprise transportation programs, and improve access to care and social services for complex populations.

Social Care Networks are reshaping New York’s approach to behavioral health and Healthy Alliance is leading the conversation.

Regional Director Janelle Shults will be presenting at the InUnity Alliance Conference on September 9th in Saratoga Springs, NY. She'll discuss how linking social services with behavioral health care can improve outcomes for people facing addiction and mental health challenges. She’ll show how these connections support recovery, create more seamless care, and foster stronger collaboration between providers.

👉 There's still time to register for the conference. Register now and learn more here: https://www.iuanyconference.org/2025-registration

Every once in a blue moon, using incognito mode can be helpful. 🥸

And that’s exactly what we did when we crowned (cowboy hat-ed?) the 2025 Q2 Quarterly Employee Recognition Awardee!

Nothing gets by our Sr. IT Systems Administrator Matt; he’s a real computer whiz. We had to get creative and disguise the award announcement as a way for staff to get to know more about one another (which we still accomplished along the way!) until Matt was the only one left standing in a variation of the “put a finger down if…” game! Our only Texas-born team member was the one that eventually gave it away!

Congratulations, Matt! We’re lucky to have you and your ambition on our team! 🥳
