Seen at the Washington County Senior Picnic: Brandon and Tamara! They’re there to help Washington County residents get screened for services like housing and utilities support, healthy food, transportation, and more!

Every once in a blue moon, using incognito mode can be helpful. 🥸

And that’s exactly what we did when we crowned (cowboy hat-ed?) the 2025 Q2 Quarterly Employee Recognition Awardee!

Nothing gets by our Sr. IT Systems Administrator Matt; he’s a real computer whiz. We had to get creative and disguise the award announcement as a way for staff to get to know more about one another (which we still accomplished along the way!) until Matt was the only one left standing in a variation of the “put a finger down if…” game! Our only Texas-born team member was the one that eventually gave it away!

Congratulations, Matt! We’re lucky to have you and your ambition on our team! 🥳

Over the past month, we've been gathering folks from organizations who work to improve health across the North Country, Central New York, and Capital Region!

Our Social Care Network is working together to continue driving our impact forward, ensuring Medicaid Members can easily access and receive the services they need to be healthy.

Thank you to those who attended and made these events so successful! We're eager to get started on next steps.

May is Asthma Awareness Month — a time to take action to treat and prevent this chronic disease! We have the perfect opportunity to do just that.

Fun fact: asthma home remediation is one of the many services eligible Medicaid Members can get for free via our Social Care Network! Asthma remediation aims to reduce asthma triggers — like pollen, dust mites, air pollutants, and more — in a person's home environment to prevent or minimize asthma attacks.
