What's more uplifting on a sweltering Summer day than a refreshing, rich, and decadent berry fruit tart, infused with the invigorating zest of fresh lemons? Nothing! Our Residents were thrilled to experience the aroma of lemons being zested and cream cheese and cream being whipped to perfection right before their eyes in their favorite Monday Culinary Creations Class! Afterwards, the staff shared the extras on our snack cart with those who were diligently working in Rehab as a reward for their remarkable efforts! This recipe was aptly named one of the top treats that Recreation Director, Linda McCue, has masterfully created this year!

Our Annual Craft Fair is always a huge success! It will be held in our large, climate controlled activity room at Schenectady Center!
