Spring is a time of hope and renewal and beginning again,leaning in to your inner world. I have been focusing on my inner life, my loving relationship with myself that in the past I always seemed to neglect first. My health is my first priority now, I have been giving to myself with nutrition, herbs, meditation, and exercise, which for me is kickboxing because it makes me feel so strong 💪 I love my daily and nightly rituals and routines that I am creating for myself.
