It’s not too late to try again!

In my fresh start feeding class, we will have open discussions about the challenges that many women face when breastfeeding. Alongside judgement free support, we will draft new, individualized goals for your next infant feeding journey, and we will come up with some plans to help you navigate your feeding journey if things dont go as planned.

It’s a dream to have the Upstate Lactation Collective up and running, creating a space where families can find support, education, and community. Each month, we’re honored to host a variety of events, support groups, and classes designed to nurture both parents and babies.

✨ Self-Love Event – Earlier this month hosted a special gathering focused on self-care, mindfulness, and reclaiming time for yourself in the postpartum journey.

💗 Grow Your Village Group – A welcoming space for parents to connect, share experiences, and build a strong support system hosted by and . Held every Wednesday from 10-12.

👶 Infant Massage Classes – Learn gentle, nurturing techniques to soothe and bond with your baby, supporting their development and well-being with the last Friday of each month. This month is 2/28 from 11-Noon.

🤱 Lactation Community Circles – A relaxed, judgment-free group where breastfeeding parents can share their experiences, ask questions, and find encouragement. Facilitated by lactation professional hosted this month on 2/24 1:00-3:00.

📖 Breastfeeding Basics Class – Planning to breast/chest/bodyfeed? This class covers everything you need to know to feel confident in your breastfeeding journey and to get started on the right foot. Hosted by on 2/25 from 6:00-9:00PM
