Family history plays a role in about 1 out of every 4 colorectal cancer diagnoses.
You may need to start screening earlier if: ⬇️

👨‍👩‍👧 An immediate family member (a parent, sibling, or child) was diagnosed before age 60.

🧓 Multiple second-degree relatives (grandparents, aunts, or uncles) have had colorectal cancer or advanced polyps, especially before age 45.

🧬 You have inherited a genetic condition such as Lynch syndrome, FAP, or Muir‑Torre syndrome; these conditions account for 5–7% of cases.

👉 Take action today: Talk with your family, write down your history, and share it with your doctor.

Early conversations lead to early detection, and early detection saves lives.

As American Heart Month continues, we are proud to announce our partnership with Movn Health to offer virtual cardiac rehabilitation services for our Medicare Advantage members.

Adults age 65 and older experience the highest rates of cardiac events and related hospitalizations, yet many never begin cardiac rehabilitation due to transportation, mobility, scheduling, and geographic barriers.

By bringing clinically guided recovery into the home, we are expanding access to a proven therapy, creating more equitable opportunities to stay healthy, and advancing our commitment to improving the health and well‑being of the communities we serve.
