This is a 23-year-old woman who came to us complaining of neck and shoulder pain associated with her breast size. Patient wore a size 36H cup and desired to be closer to a C or D cup. We recommended bilateral breast reduction. 369 grams of breast tissue were removed from her right breast and 452 grams from her left.

This is a 45-year-old woman who came to us with concerns of excess skin and fat in her abdomen and volume loss and sagging in her breasts following a 160-pound weight loss. We recommended fleur-de-lis abdominoplasty with bilateral silicone breast augmentation with mesh (internal bra) placement. She chose Sientra HSC, smooth, round, moderate projection implants, 440 cc with subglandular placement.
