Taking care of our eyes is important at every stage of life. Help your senior loved one protect their vision with these simple tips:

✅ Schedule regular eye exams – Catch issues like cataracts or glaucoma early.

✅ Wear sunglasses – Choose lenses with 100% UVA/UVB protection and add a wide-brimmed hat for extra coverage.

✅ Eat eye-healthy foods – Leafy greens, carrots, and salmon support strong vision.

✅ Improve lighting – Bright, glare-free lighting helps reduce strain and prevent falls.

✅ Combat dry eyes – Use artificial tears, blink often, and run a humidifier to stay comfy.
