🌸 Sip of Soft Power — Rose Nectar Recipe

Ingredients:
• 1 cup cold or warm spring water
• 1–2 tsp food-grade rose water (or rose syrup)
• 1 tsp raw honey or agave
• 1 tsp pomegranate juice (for that blush glow)
• Squeeze of fresh lemon
• 3–5 dried rose petals (or fresh, pesticide-free)
• Optional: splash of sparkling water for fizz
• Optional garnish: vanilla bean, cranberries, rose petals

Instructions:
1. Add water, rose water, honey, pomegranate juice, and lemon into a glass.
2. Stir slowly with intention.
3. Drop in rose petals.
4. Add ice or warm gently depending on your mood.
5. Garnish and sip slowly.

Before drinking, whisper:

I’m choosing to release what no longer feels like home in my body, my mind, or my life.

Not with pressure.
Not with force.
Just with honesty, love, and a little more care for myself.

I’m letting go of habits that drain me,
thoughts that make me doubt myself,
spaces that feel heavy,
and connections that don’t meet me where I am.

This next chapter isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about returning to myself — calmer, clearer, and more aligned.

I’m carrying only what supports the woman I’m becoming.
