WHAT IS PCDC (FAT DISSOLVE AKA LIQUID LIPO)?
This is a fat-dissolving injection treatment that destroys fat cells and is eliminated by the body (a process called Lipolysis) . The intended use is to target fat cells in stubborn areas of the body that have not responded to exercise or other methods of weight-loss regimens and may also be used as an alternative to invasive surgical procedures . There is little to no downtime for this treatment and can have long-lasting results if the necessary aftercare guidance is followed.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT:
•It is important to come to your appointment clean and showered to minimize risk for infection
•You will discuss treatment and goals with your injector before treatment to see if you are a candidate for PCDC
• You will be numbed with a topical lidocaine before your treatment to make your experience as pain- free as possible and use of fine needles to inject ; procedure should take no longer than 30mins-1 hour
•Post procedure - you will be able to resume normal daily activities ; however NO strenuous activity for at least 2-3 days ; light activity such as walking is okay
• Keep hydrated - drinking water aids in the removal of the dissolved fat cells in the urine
•Apply ice packs to the treated areas and avoid blood thinners & hot temperatures (such as saunas, hot baths ) for at least 24-48 hours
•Avoid deep pressure but gentle massage is ok to promote lymphatic drainage (prevents lumps/swelling)
