☀️July is UV Safety Month, and it's a great reminder to protect yourself while enjoying the warm weather. Whether you're working, playing, or just spending time outside, it’s important to take simple steps to protect your skin from the sun's harmful ultraviolet (UV) rays, which can pass through clouds. 🌤

The best way to practice preventive care is by creating healthy habits. Make sure to use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30, wear a wide-brimmed hat, sunglasses, and protective clothing.

Regular self-checks are also an important part of skin health. If you notice any changes in your skin, or a loved one's, please don't hesitate to consult with your provider. We're always here for you. 🩺
