JonSan Home Health provides skilled nursing services to homebound patients including Medication Management, Education, IV, Injections, Wound Care (including wound vac), Assessment and Family Support. Our Home Health Aides assist with Personal Hygiene, Bathing & Shaving, Dressing, Meal Preparation, Ambulation/Transfers, and Home Exercise.

Seeking a PDN for a Veteran who has ALS in the Floresville area for trach care, meds, peg tube feedings, neb. treatment daily ,condom cath daily as well and occasion bed baths. Some cough assist with the vent and suction. There's a percussion vest that is done PRN to help move his secretions as well.

Pay is 35-40/HR 6hrs Mon-Fri Morning shift.
Must be an RN/LVN
