Every body is unique and no one knows their body better than YOU do, so…I listen! Then, I create an integrative plan full of the best possible ways to address your personal wellness goals. It is my passion and vocation in this lifetime to educate women about their pelvic health. I understand that the pelvis is the foundation, core and powerhouse of our body. Look what I did last weekend!! Y'all......what a game chabger this is! Our lymphatic system is often restricted by fascia and some muscles but we don't usually think of our clothing as restrictive.
Bras (especially underwire) and/or underwear that are too small as well as leggings!!! Such a bummer but it's true!!
Can't wait for tou to try it!!!
