I love hula hooping, belly dancing, and spending time with my fantastic kids. My experiences with my own c-sections coupled with other health issues taught me a valuable lesson: doctors do the best that they can with the information they have based on how they were trained. I decided to provide other options to women. Every body is unique and no one knows their body better than YOU do, so…I listen! Then, I create an integrative plan full of the best possible ways to address your personal wellness goals. It is my passion and vocation in this lifetime to educate women about their pelvic health. I understand that the pelvis is the foundation, core and powerhouse of our body. I'm not only available to assist you with healing, I am also available to speak at your workplace, women's event, group, or organization about this vitally important topic. My Story

After working in the field of health care since 1997 as a CNA and then LPN, I decided to make the transition into a more natural form of healing as I felt I could better help people. First becoming a Reiki Master and then a Massage Therapist and in April of 2018 added training and certification to her practice to offer Women’s Pelvic Visceral Therapy. Visceral manipulation can help with infertility, endometriosis, PCOS, incontinence, prolapse, painful periods, pain with s*x, s*xual trauma, c-section recovery and more.

As a business owner and mother of three beautiful and busy children, I understand the stress and balancing act life can be. This is a huge part of what led me to start my own business of helping people heal. I know that stress and worry can have a major impact on your body. I believe we need to heal more than the physical body and I desire to help people to find other options for healing - more holistic therapies that can help when medicine isn’t working. As a result, I have made sure that Soul Healing Bodywork & Wellness Center is a place of place of love, healing, comfort and tranquility. A space where you can relax and empty your mind of worry. I am passionate about assisting you to become the healthiest version of yourself.
