Week 2 of my 21 day detox with 4everbods Fitness Club and I just signed up for classes at the gym ALL week long, for the first time ever!

I will be at the gym an unscripted amount of hours, and multiple times per day for the next week... if you see me crying, I'm ok... probably 😂

Christmas Jammies & hot cocoa for Vinyasa Flow tomorrow night 🥰

6pm, come dressed all snuggled up, and get ready to wind down into yourself for a while 😌 Vinyasa class asks you to meet your body where it's at, and fill it with breath as you move it around in as much space as you choose to take up. Give yourself the time to take up all the space you need.

As always, I encourage you to bring a cozy blanket for the end of class 🔥
