We also want to CONGRATULATE 🏆BEST OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST🏆 in Fayette County, Diane Jones. We are blessed that she is a part of our family and team! She cares so deeply for her patients, and it is evident in everything she does.

This class is FREE to the public! You do not have to be a gym member to attend. This is a great opportunity for those 55 years old+ not interested in using gym equipment to keep up with the strength you’ve gained after you finish your PT! 💪🏼

The Highlight class of the month is The 55+ Class!! The teacher Kathy Koch gets the class moving. This is a free class we offer. The class is Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:15-10:00. It is a true blessing to have amazing teachers, teaching the different classes we offer. Come check out the different classes we offer.
