We are now scheduling appointments for chiropractic with our founder Dr. Abby Melfi! Swipe for a list of services. In addition to launching her chiropractic services we are also adding a new service at Sacred called The Atelier with Dr. Abby which includes full body massage, aromatherapy + myofascial release, cupping, acupressure and a full spinal chiropractic adjustment for $300 - aka the works!

Dr. Abby is a chiropractor, acupuncturist, yoga teacher and massage therapist with 16 years of experience and licensed + board certified in the states of Missouri, Florida and New York, with her first existing practice, Sacred Chiropractic + Acupuncture being in Kansas City. She specializes in women’s health, soft tissue release, Full Spine Thompson Technique and Activator Chiropractic. Known as The Spa Chiropractor her expertise is in anti-aging medicine while transforming a clinical experience into a luxurious, comfortable spa moment for each of her patients.

During Spring, TCM practitioners emphasize the importance of supporting the liver's functions, as it is believed to regulate the smooth flow of Qi (energy) throughout the body.

TCM suggests incorporating foods like green leafy vegetables, sour fruits, and herbs to nourish the liver, while activities like stretching or gentle exercises helps promote the smooth circulation of Qi.
