🌟 Staff Spotlight: Jessica Geary 🌟

We are proud to recognize Jess, our Director of Staff Development.

With an incredible 17 years of service, Jessica has been a cornerstone of our team. She spent 14 years as a charge nurse, building a strong clinical foundation, and for the past 3 years, has led the way in staff development—shaping the knowledge, skills, and success of our team.

Not only is she committed to building a confident team, but she also leads the “Happiness Committee” which aids in emoloyee retention, as well as connecting with our residents.
Outside of work, Jessica is a busy mom of three who stays actively involved in sports, 4H, and her church community.
