Staff Spotlight:
Riki Norton, Assistant Director of Nursing

Riki does an incredible job as our ADON. 🩺
She focuses on organized care for our residents while maintaining a light and upbeat attitude. Her laugh and smile are contagious as she makes her way through each unit.

Fun Fact about Riki: She enjoys karaoke, especially with her fiancé. That’s right - he put a ring on it!

Yesterday our Human resource manager and staff educator had the opportunities to speak to the Schuylkill Technology Centers graduating practical nursing students about career opportunities at Rosewood 👩‍⚕️❤️👨‍⚕️

Our Practiczl Nursing Students Class 724 have been waiting for this moment-the opportunity to hear about job opportunities as they get ready to take the next step. Thanks to Bayada, Greenwood Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation, Lehigh Valley Health Network, Mountain View Rehabilitation & Senior Living Center, Rosewood Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, and Schuylkill Center for coming in to speak to our students about job opportunities.
