A favorite way to warm the body and settle the nervous system before movement.

• Arms open wide + gentle head turns to release neck & shoulder tension
• Pelvic rocks to soften and support the low back
• One-knee circles in both directions to bring ease and mobility to the hip joint
• Figure-four flow + hold to ease outer hip & glute tightness
