Spark the Change, LLC in Massachusetts, is looking for independent contracted clinicians to join our group practice. Office locations are virtual or in person if you have your own office space. Must be fully licensed or license eligible (master’s level) in the State of Massachusetts. Compensation is percentage based on income received, and paid out bi-weekly. Spark the Change provides a steady stream of referrals. Candidate will be contractor 1099 status.

Requirements are:
*Current State of Massachusetts license as a PhD, PsyD, CNS/APRN, LICSW/LCSW, LMHC, LMFT or Masters level- license eligible
*Willing to work 8 hours per week or more
*Paneled with BCBS, Tufts or Optum products as an independent clinician, a plus but not required.
*Prior private practice experience is a plus

Required education:
Master's level, Doctorate
Required license or certification:
Clinical Psychologist, LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, or Masters level pre-licenced clinician
