Calling all spring marathoners!

Preparing for a marathon places significant demands on the body, especially as training mileage peaks and taper begins. This 1:1 session is designed to help runners reduce injury risk and support recovery leading into race day.

Participants will receive a running form analysis along with a guided movement screen to identify common mechanical factors that can contribute to running injuries. Based on these findings, we will review targeted corrective exercises, mobility strategies, and recovery techniques commonly used in physical therapy to support efficient running mechanics. Taper and recover correctly so you are at your best on race day!
