Participate in Meditation for Recovery on December 15th from 6-7pm.
This group is a one-hour Yoga Nidra practice. Yoga Nidra means "yogic sleep" in Sanskrit and is a guided meditation that is said to be the equivalent of 3 hours of sleep!
Through a systematic process, this facilitated meditation helps slow the brain waves down, allowing for restoration. If you have a packed schedule, are struggling with stress or missing sleep, this is a great meditation to try.
Bring a blanket, mat, or pillow to stay comfortable! We also have supplies available at the center.
