Assisted Living Week continues with Day 4. Our gastronomic journey led us to Sweden, where we savored a traditional Swedish meatball lunch, complete with rutabagas and dill potatoes. The culinary presentation was impressive. We extend our gratitude to Chef Matthew for his unwavering dedication to creating memorable culinary experiences throughout this week.
