This exercise is called Brugger’s Exercise:

πŸ’ͺ🏻 How to do it:

1. Sit at the edge of a chair
2. Sit with legs apart slightly.
3. Tilt pelvis forward (arch lower back) while lifting your chest up
4. rotate your arms outward while turning your palms up.
5. Hold your head high in the air, with a slight arch in the neck
6. Take deep breath, hold for 3-5 seconds and breath out through nose
