Serious question!

I Created a 4 week program for people to train for Pickle Ball. It’s for people who don’t normally workout but want to get started so that they don’t hurt themselves playing and can also improve their performance.

I use trainerize and have uploaded most of the exercises

Here’s my question. Would anyone like to partner on this project. I’m really bad at the following things :
-Online marketing
- Online sales
-Digital things

I can design programs, speak in front of a camera, create the material.

I need a partner to put it all together and help put it out

Flo Fitness is now excited to offer drop in movement and mobility classes. Come experience some of the training principles our philosophy of training is based around. This class is designed to increase strength and mobility around the main movers of the body: the shoulders, spine, and hips.

The session is broken down into a general warm up followed by a group foam rolling session targeting commonly tight areas of your body. Two rounds of exercises will then be completed in an interval style format following timed rounds.

Expect to feel some soreness in areas of weakness, but the overall session should promote a therapeutic feeling. You should leave the session with an overall sense of looseness and improved motion.

What do I need for the class? Just your body and something you can use as a massage tool. If you have a foam roller already great but if not you can use any sort of hard ball like a lacrosse or baseball.

If interested you can attend via our physical location (although spots are limited to 8 in person) and our virtual studio via zoom. The schedule will be posted shortly. Please message me or comment down below if you are interested in attending class dates.

Our legacy will be the examples we set and habits we leave for those that come after us.

Our children are always watching and learning from us. It’s important that our actions are congruent with the words we share with them.

In my book “Build Your Legacy” I talk about setting examples for those that follow. This applies to your kids, students, athletes, clients, etc. The code you live by effects all those you come in contact with.

Ask yourself, Am I living by default or by design?
Do I walk my talk?
Am I present for those I claim are most important to me?

These questions and many more discussion points are addressed in the book.
