Congratulations to Personal Trainer of the Month, Anthony!

Anthony has a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Ramapo College, and is an A.C.E. – C.P.T.. He specializes in hypertrophy training, powerlifting, and corrective exercise.

Fun Fact: Anthony is a twin and both he and his twin are competitive powerlifters.

"I originally got into Personal Training after working in the social work field. I have always had a passion for helping people and wanted to use my love of training to help people better their lives. Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm and I try to embody that energy in every training session."

REMINDER!

The Aquatics Center will be closed from Saturday, July 12 through Sunday, July 20 while we complete our annual maintenance.

All Aquatics Group Fitness classes, swim lessons, and Family Swim are canceled during this time. We encourage you to continue your Swim workouts at any of our other nine (9) locations to maintain your routine.

The Aquatics Center will reopen on Monday, July 21, at our regular time.

According to the CDC, roughly 60% of Americans live with at least one chronic disease, and about 40% have two or more. Many don't realize that one of the most effective tools for managing chronic conditions is also one of the most accessible – movement.

Regular exercise can:

• Enhance the overall quality of life
