Having some trouble finding recipes that are 100% Bova Approved? Here’s a tip that might make the process a little easier for you!
If a recipe calls for eggs, here are two ways you can replace them and still get the same delicious results!
Option 1: For each egg in a recipe, combine 1 TBSP of ground flax with 1 TBSP of water. Combine the flax and water and create a paste, then add it to your recipe when you’d normally add the egg(s)!
Option 2: For each egg in a recipe, create one “gelatin egg” by combining 1 TBSP of grass-fed beef gelatin with 3 TBSP of warm-hot water (equals one egg). First, put the gelatin in a bowl, then slowly add the warm-hot water, all the while whisking the mixture until it’s completely combined and starts to foam. Then, slowly mix it in when the recipe calls for eggs!
