This week has been busy for everyone! We celebrated Administrator's Week this week, and this team pulled off quite a few surprises for me (Kim).

An employee parade with flowers for me at the end with all staff wearing "Team Kim" buttons, lunch with my managers that was delicious and today a bulletin board for my office with descriptive words about me from staff. I also received a great gift basket with all things rest and a great t-shirt.

To say I am grateful for all of the support and wonderful team and residents we all get to care for, is beyond true. Seven years of serving our little community, our big hearts shine through every day.

Thanks to a fantastic team that treated me like royalty this week!
