Back on plan to loose the baby weight!

Hey guys! …..

Those eagle eyed amongst you may have noticed that this page has been permanently closed for sometime now.

I wanted to make it offical.

After lots of consideration and months of winding down my business I have decided it’s time to hang up my consulting lanyard, for now.

For over 3 years I have passionately loved every part of being a consultant, friend and confidant to my clients. It may have been to varying degrees but it’s been a joy regardless. I have thrived on being part of the journeys made to get each and every person to or towards where they want to be.

Theo coming into our lives and my recent promotion at my “big work” means I just can’t give it the commitment it or each person needs anymore. My “free” time is very happily taken up by my wonderful little family.

I also need sometime to get myself back to a happy and healthy place for my own journey and that is going to take a lot of focus so watch this space. ❤️

While I am stepping away from consulting, it doesn’t mean I won’t be on plan or that I don’t support or advocate it.
If anyone considering it then I can pass you on to a fabulous consultant or two. 🥰

Thank you all very much for the support and love and laughs! Now I’m backing myself to get fit for forty! Wish me luck!

Have you tried this scrumptious Jaffa Cake Dessert hack?! It's on Plan and easy to make 😍

👨‍🍳 You'll need:

Chocolate & Orange Fusion Bar
Chocolate Flavour Shake
Orange Water Flavouring
Mix-a-Mousse

🥣 Method:

1️⃣ Create the jelly by mixing 1tbsp Orange Water Flavouring and 2 tbsp Mix-a-Mousse into 200ml water. Set both mixtures in the fridge.
2️⃣ Combine Chocolate Flavour Shake and 200ml of water then mix with 2tbsp Mix-a-Mousse. Pour the mixture on top of the jelly and let it set.
3️⃣ Slice up the Chocolate & Orange Fusion Bar into small chunks and sprinkle on top of the dessert.
