Sleep Hygiene Class Registration is OPEN for the 25 September 2025 Class!

America is a sleep-deprived nation! According to a recent study by the National Sleep Foundation, over 60% of Americans suffer from poor sleep quality contributing to everything from falling asleep on the job, absenteeism, marital problems, chronic health issues, and car accidents. The Health Promotion Clinic is offering a Sleep Hygiene class on Thursday, 25 September 2025 from 1100 -1300 at the 375th Medical Group in the Health Promotion Clinic classroom. Registration is required as space is limited. This is a lunch and learn so please feel free to bring your lunch and eat during the class. The Sleep Hygiene class will provide effective techniques and tools to help provide a better night’s sleep. If you would like to register email Mrs. Braundmeier, the 375th MDG Health Promotion Coordinator at heather.l.braundmeier.civ@health.mil. On-site and one-on-one appointments are also available and can be arranged through Mrs. Braundmeier.
