Dear Patient,
It is with mixed emotions that I announce Bez Psychiatric Services / Still Point TMS is closing, effective May 31, 2024. It has been a great pleasure servicing your mental health care needs over the last 3 years.
We will see patients as scheduled during the month of March, however availability in April will be limited to one day per week (Monday’s) and evenings as needed. While we will still be seeing patients as needed for the month of May, we will not have regularly scheduled clinic hours. After March 31, phone availability will be limited and messages will be returned in the order they are received. The best way to contact me after March 31, 2024 is by email at michelle@bezpsychiatric.com. Telehealth appointments can be scheduled until the end of May on an as needed basis. CURRENT PATIENTS CAN BE PROVIDED WITH A 90 DAY SUPPLY OF MEDICATION TO ALLOW FOR TRANSITION TO A NEW PROVIDER – please notify us as soon as possible if you need medication and confirm which pharmacy you will be using. Controlled substances will be given as paper prescriptions for you to keep and take to the pharmacy of your choosing. These can be picked up in person at our office with a valid photo ID. As always, these cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Our controlled substance policy still applies during this transitional period.
Your records are confidential; however, a copy can be transferred to another physician. Please sign the enclosed authorization form and return as soon as possible to the following address:

so we may transfer your records to your new physician.
Please do not send any correspondence to the physical office address.
To continue care in as seamless a manner as possible, I strongly recommend considering Harmony Psychiatry at 1 Kenton Drive Suite 200 Charleston, WV 25311. They do not require a referral and provide comprehensive care including medication management, therapy, and TMS. Their intake number is 681-661-0858. Your insurance company can also assist you with finding a new provider in your network. Should the provider you choose require a referral, please let me know ASAP so that I can do this immediately.
