Attention!!! If you are in tonight's class please wear a sweatshirt with no zipper or hood if you have it and socks! (Please don't buy anything special. Long sleeve thermals or pj tops will work as well.) Be sure to wear socks! You are also welcome to bring a pair of house slippers for warm ups and bathroom trips if you'd like.
We do have high ceilings so the building is difficult to heat. Wear layers. It won't take us long to warm up during class. Can't wait to fly with you all! ☮💜🧚‍♀️
