Advocacy In Motion, LLC Providing people with opportunities to gain adequate services that meet their specific needs We provide these services throughout WV.

AIM-WV is a small women owned business located in Putnam County, West Virginia. We opened our doors in late 2021 to provide IDD Waiver conflict-free Case Management. We've since added multiple, additional services to help with inclusion: Division of Rehabilitation Services (DRS) Vendor - life skills and job training, Birth to Three (BTT) Developmental Specialist, Elevatus Sexuality Education for Adults with Disabilities, Trauma-informed Somatic Movement, and Thai Bodywork. However, we are mainly focused in Cabell, Putnam, Kanawha, Jackson, Fayette, Raleigh, Greenbrier, and Mercer counties. Our mission: To fill the gaps within programs by providing people with opportunities to gain adequate services that meet their specific needs.

Good morning!!

We will be at the office from 9am-11am today with one of our mom’s who has successfully completed the PPL to Palco transition. If you are a family who still needs some assistance or has questions, please feel free to come to our office at 10291 Teays Valley Road, Scott Depot, WV 25560.

Light snacks and beverages provided.

UPDATE:
Our PPL to Palco assistance on Friday was successful for several families. We learned that enrollment was as clear as mud (lol) and the documents may be difficult to complete.

We have it scheduled to offer some more assistance this Friday, March 15th, from 11am-2pm. We have the same 2 mothers willing to come back in and work with families who may need a little more help to finalize the enrollment process.

We’d love to have some feedback to see if this will be needed…please reach out here or to an AIM-WV case manager.

ANNOUNCEMENT:
For those families needing support with the transition from PPL to Palco, come join our team and some willing, volunteer parents who have graciously offered their time and complete the transition process. Or just come to gain some support from other families during this complicated, but needed, transition.

We’ll be at our office at 10291 Teays Valley Road, Scott Depot from 11am - 2pm tomorrow, 3.8. We’ll all do our best to support one another and complete what we can!!

Small snacks and drinks will be provided.
