Today we’re looking back on a video featuring our own midwife, Erin Listernmann, CNM, WHNP. Erin reminds us that being in the birth space is something sacred — a time built on trust, connection, and honoring each woman’s unique journey. 💙

💙 A huge thank you to the EY Consulting team who joined us at our Hurricane Pediatrics location for the United Way Day of Caring!

Their group spent the day sprucing up the outside of our building, helping create a brighter and more welcoming space for our patients and families.

Yesterday, September 17th, our FamilyCare team spent the day at the Buffalo Senior Center for the 20th Annual United Way of Central WV Day of Caring. We helped clean and brighten their outdoor patio so the members have a fresh and welcoming place to enjoy.

This project was extra special to us because Buffalo is so close to our Eleanor location, and giving back to our neighbors there means so much. We’re truly thankful to United Way for giving us the opportunity to be part of such a meaningful day of service alongside so many other volunteers across central West Virginia. 💙

Originally known as WomenCare and fondly nicknamed the “Little Brown House,” this site was the framework for everything FamilyCare has become today—and it still serves families now as our Hurricane Pediatric Office.
