                                            It's fair season! It comes once a year which means many of us try to get all of our favorite goodies and treats while we can. It's easy to overindulge on fried foods, sweet beverages and salty snacks. There are ways however to be mindful about the foods you're taking in but still incorporating your favorites. 
*choose water or unsweet tea over soda, lemonade, or sweetened iced tea 
* look for grilled chicken sandwiches or wraps
*roasted corn is a great option as long as you don't add too much salt and butter
