We had a great turn out for our Spring Equinox yin yoga & soundbath! A guided meditation helped us to set intentions of growth. And the vibrations cleared out any old energy, habits and patterns. Being able to share this space feels so special. And we are looking forward to another event soon. ☀️🌀🌱

Did you know that our JuiJitsu coaches practice yoga too? Our yoga program is a perfect supplement to JuiJitsu- we build mobility, flexibility, and focus. We learn to work with our breath to increase stamina. These tools allow us to be better athletes and honestly, better humans. Our Wednesday yin class was Snap-Crackle-POPPIN today!! Yin can improve flexibility as well as help with circulation. It can help your mind and body to relax and is a perfect supplement to our Wednesday morning BJJ class. It’s so cool that we have the option to move and rest in the same building. We also have a sauna now too for even more benefits! A lil one stop shop
