Our Wednesday yin class was Snap-Crackle-POPPIN today!! Yin can improve flexibility as well as help with circulation. It can help your mind and body to relax and is a perfect supplement to our Wednesday morning BJJ class. It’s so cool that we have the option to move and rest in the same building. We also have a sauna now too for even more benefits! A lil one stop shop
