This past week was a sacred pause.

Quiet isn’t absence, it’s alignment.

I intentionally pulled back to reflect, reset, cast vision and rest.

I also took some time to dig deep into 2025 so I can successfully move forward in 2026.

I’d love to share with you what I discovered…

This was the year I trusted what God had already placed within me and let my lived experience lead. As a certified health & wellness professional, Pilates instructor, and dancer/dance educator I stepped fully into the calling He’s been shaping: to serve as a calm, credible guide for women navigating hormones, energy shifts, strength, and longevity.

I didn’t chase extremes.

I chose stewardship over striving.

My work through Revelocity Fitness & Wellness became clearer, more grounded, and more impactful. I focused on education, nervous system support, finding balance, consistency, and community; meeting people where they are and honoring the pace God sets, not the pressure of the world.

Online, my voice matured. I shared real rituals instead of rigid rules. Strength without punishment. Nourishment without fear. Hormone support without hype. I led with honesty and humility, trusting that obedience matters more than algorithms.

Personally, I honored balance. I cared for my body in softer, gentler ways, led my clients with presence, and my life with softness where God invited rest.

Growth didn’t cost me peace. Ambition didn’t override joy.

2025 was defined by:

• Faith-led strength

• Nervous-system-calming wellness

• Leadership rooted in obedience and experience

• Confidence anchored in purpose, not noise

I didn’t become someone new.

I became more anchored in faith, more visible in purpose, and more aligned with the practitioner and educator God created me to be.

And that’s the kind of year that prepares the ground for what He’s doing next.

One year later… and this pic is HARD to post… 🥺

* I didn’t flip my life upside down.
* I didn’t eliminate entire food groups.
* I kept my same workout routine but added more weights.
* I Intentionally set (and mostly conquered) daily protein and hydration (with electrolytes) goals

✨What did change?

As I look back on this past year, my heart is full.

To every client, friend, and supporter who trusted me with your health, your movement, your goals, and your healing, thank you.

You showed up. You did the work. You made room for growth, even on the hard days. And it has been an honor to walk beside you.

This year stretched me, refined me, and reminded me exactly why I do what I do. God has been so faithful in every season, opening doors, redirecting paths, and surrounding me with people who uplift, encourage, and believe in what’s possible.

To my clients, my wellness community, my MAKE and REVELOCITY family, and everyone who said “yes” to taking better care of themselves: you are the reason I love this work. Your wins, your breakthroughs, your energy. they’re everything.

I'm an ACE certified group fitness instructor, health and wellness coach, and dance teacher/choreographer with over 25 years of experience in the health and fitness world. I'm dedicated to helping you achieve your goals for a healthier lifestyle. I enjoy working with individuals and small groups, in either your space or mine. Together we can reach your goals for a healthier future! Most people are intimidated by fitness facilities because they just don't know where to start. They are also intimidated by large group fitness classes because they are worried everyone is looking at them (trust me, they're not) or they can't dance or move like "everyone else" (trust me, you can) and sadly they are ultimately setting themselves up for failure. I get it. I really do, I've been there myself a few times. So I can offer you a new start. I believe in coaching you from a holistic and natural perspective. I don’t believe in “get thin quick” schemes, pills, drinks or the “latest and greatest trend”. I believe in real, whole food, clean sustainable energy and creating a lifestyle change that will last forever. I don’t believe in the word “diet” and will coach you into a transitional lifestyle that is acceptable for your entire family.

I can work with you either one on one or in a small group setting to get you educated, comfortable, and confident all while working together toward your health and fitness goals. To top it off, we can do all of this while you are having fun and working towards a much healthier you! With a little dedication and hard work we can achieve your goals together, as a team.
