Have you ever wondered about the journey a specimen takes after you collect it in your clinic? 🧐

After specimens are placed in the Premier lockbox, a professional courier driver stops by and picks them up. They make the daily drive back down to the lab where they are unpacked and checked into our system through a process we call accessioning. 🖥️

Next each individual sample is ran through our LC-MS/MS drug testing instrument (twice). Results are reviewed by lab scientists before being officially released into your clinics’ electronic medical records (EMR) for review. 🧪

This process typically takes 24-48 hours total. ✨

Of course there are MANY small steps that take place in between all of these phases to ensure quality control, consistency and accuracy of each result. We pride ourselves on producing results you can rely on. Every time. ☑️

Illicit substances can now easily hide in v**e hardware or cartridges, making them more accessible, less detectable, and more appealing to younger users.

In 2024-2025 Va**ng products (e-liquids, cartridges) have been found to increasingly contain these NPS cannabinoids—often mislabeled as “THC” or benign cannabis

Health risks are higher compared to “natural” cannabis due to variable potency, unpredictable dosing, severe adverse effects (psychosis, seizures, and poisoning). ☠️

Be especially cautious of v**e products from unregulated sources, convenience stores, online, or labelled “herbal”/“CBD” but not formally regulated.
