Eco anxiety is real. Read below for more information!
Many people feel worried, angry, and helpless about the climate crisis.
A few things that can help:
1) Take action by doing something that helps. This looks like volunteering with an environmental advocacy organization, setting up recycling stations at your school or workplace, choosing to walk or take public transport instead of driving.
2) Being in community. This looks like volunteering with friends at a community garden, joining an eco- anxiety support group or your local climate cafe.
Not only does this make you feel better but you are actually improving the planet! 🌍
