We now have new office hours due to staffing shortages. Our new hours are Tuesday 10-4pm and Thursday 9am- 5pm. We are CLOSED for the other days of the week. We are also offering tele-visits if you do not need to physically be seen in the office. Due to the lack of staffing, you may not always get to speak with someone on the phone. Please ensure you leave a concise message, naming the medication, dose and pharmacy, as we may not be able to call you back immediately to have a discussion about refills. If you call, leave a message because we do not know who calls unless a message is left.

We are looking to hire a Medical Receptionist. Scottdale Family Health is a primary care office. We are looking for someone that has experience as a medical receptionist. This position requires extremely proficient computer skills, and able to type fast, answering phones and auditing patient charts. Must be able to multi task in a high paced environment. This position also requires good interpersonal communication skills. The office staff is expected to conduct themselves professionally- there is a code of conduct -such as WE DO NOT use foul language, WE DO NOT smoke at work etc... Please submit a resume if you are interested in the position. Currently the schedule is for every Tuesday and Thursday. This position is part time at 18-22 hrs per week.
