You may have recently received a notice or have heard that as of May 17th the Scotts Hill Clinic was closed due to the current land lord not renewing the lease agreement.

We wanted to let our patients know that all of your past and current medical records affiliated with Scotts Hill Clinic are located at Henderson County Medical Group in Lexington. We also have excellent providers at this facility that are ready to continue your care.

If you call the current number listed for the Scotts Hill Clinic, the call will be redirected to Henderson County Medical Group. You may also call the Henderson County Medical Group line directly at (731) 968-2006 or (731) 968-4477. Our facility is located at 270 West Church St in Lexington, TN.

Next week on February 1st Henderson County Medical Group and Scotts Hill Clinic are switching to a new EHR (Electronic Health Record) System.
The staff at both clinics have showed up and showed out this weekend! They have come in and built charts, crossed over patient appointments, filled in demographics and practiced on the system to make the transition as seamless as they possibly can. This was not required but THEY CARE. They care about the amount of time their patients have to wait. They care about the accuracy of the patients' chart. They care about our clinics. I could brag on this team all day and I get emotional as I do. They have continued to go above and beyond what is required in order to improve patient care.
Now, I ask you all to be patient with us as we navigate this new system. We are catching on quickly, but as with everything, there will be glitches and holdups. Show our staff grace, as you always have and will take care of you. Thank you all and we look forward to caring for you with compassion and excellence.
