In the threshold time of the Winter Solstice, we pause to honor the shift into stillness —stepping into a sanctuary of deep rest and inner listening. This gathering weaves restorative yoga, somatic movement, resonant sound healing, and reflective journaling into a gentle ritual of release and renewal. In honoring the season’s slow rhythms, we welcome spaciousness, soften into the dark’s quiet teachings, and plant the first tender seeds of winter intention. Come home to your body, your breath, your becoming.

Though the barn is now hibernating for winter, we’re excited to share a few upcoming offerings with Brianna and Kalayaan Sound in the community. Join us for two restorative Winter Solstice gatherings—one at Wild Roots Medicine on the Creek in Silverton, and one at Elk Rock Outpost in Portland. Are you in need of a little reprieve this holiday season? Andre and Brianna are in town through the month of December, and available for Thai bodywork and sound sessions from the comfort of your home. Could be a solo session of either one, or a bliss combo including both! We offer sliding scale rates, and bring deeply intuitive and intentional therapeutic care.

Season 4 at Confluence Arts Center is officially complete! We’re grateful to everyone who joined us to make this season so special. We had so many new experiences and welcomed new and familiar faces. Thank you for the magic you brought to this community and our space!

We’ll continue to share some moments and memories from the season, but you’ll see less of us here as the barn moves into hibernation. We’re nearing the end of our season, as the weather turns colder and the Barn is preparing to hibernate for the winter. We’ve been cozying up the space with a fire in our wood stove and ample hot beverages! This is our last full week of offerings, then one final day retreat on 10/26. We’d love to see you before we close up shop!

Join Brianna and Andre for a Day of Creative Rejuvenation: an opportunity to restore and refill your creative cup through nourishing practices, space to dream and work on creative projects, community conversations to uplift each others ideas, all while being held in the loving embrace of nature.

Do you have a creative project percolating, but struggle to put yourself on your own calendar to work on it? Have you been feeling called to connect to your creative self, but not sure where to start? I often answer yes to both of these questions– either with a project that is waiting in the wings for me to give it attention or, feeling disconnected from my creative spirit altogether. I’ve recognized that my creativity thrives in community. Having a shared time and space to bring a project to life always seems to offer inspiration, while also being a healing balm to my creative self when she feels far away. Like a loving accountability buddy, a community creative container always reminds me that my creative visions are worthy of my attention, as I witness beautiful creativity being expressed in others.

If you resonate with the above, a Day of Creative Rejuvenation might be the perfect medicine. With a combination of nourishing practices of mindful movement, meditation and sound, space to work on a project or dream of a new one, along with community conversations and reflections on our ideas to help them come to life, this container is designed to meet you where you are.

Bring any creative project you’re working on (really ANYTHING: writing, crafting, drawing, movement…). Or just bring yourself and enjoy the spaciousness to allow for what wants to come through with materials provided, or just with time to rest and be in nature.

A home cooked vegetarian lunch is provided with registration. We utilize a sliding scale to honor and support a range of incomes, please pay what you’re able. No one turned away for lack of funds, please reach out if you want to join us and the scale is cost prohibitive.
