Pain is a signal. Not a diagnosis.
Your knee hurts. So your knee gets the attention. But nobody asked why it started complaining.
Usually, something else stopped doing its job.
A hip that won't rotate passes the work to the knee. A stiff upper back reroutes demand to the shoulder. A foot that stops loading well sends force somewhere it wasn't meant to go.
The body is great at compensating around what it can't do. Until something starts paying the price.
That's the kinetic chain. And it's why treating only where it hurts usually provides temporary relief.
The first job isn't chasing the pain. It's finding what caused it.
