At our convenient, fully-certified ambulatory (outpatient) surgery center in Scottsbluff, our doctors perform state-of-the art eye surgery.

Dr. Thomas Roussel, Dr. Shawna Collier and Dr. Keegan Harkins are all board certified are all board certified eye surgeons settling for anything but the best care and outcome for their patients.
