For those of you who knew Tammy Notch, consider celebrating her life & the impact she’s has in your life in person or online tomorrow at 10a.

Tammy's Celebration of Life Details:

Tammy Renee Lees was born May 20, 1970, to Roger and Judy (Joyner) Lees in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. Tammy was the youngest behind three older brothers, Roger (Paul), Russ, and Michael (Jennifer). Tammy grew up and attended college in Ohio. She married Michael Cronin, and later they moved to Rapid City, SD, and she took a job with the South Dakota National Guard. Tammy later moved to Cheyenne, Wy taking a job with the National Guard in Wyoming and then eventually working for F. E. Warren Air Base in Cheyenne. On the side, Tammy grew a passion for holistic naturopathic healing; she worked for many years at a local clinic and later opened her own clinic called Holistic Happiness.

Tammy passed away on December 23, 2024, in Denver, Colorado, from a heart attack. A celebration of life will be held at Cross Bridge Alliance Church, 3501 Forest Drive, Cheyenne, WY 82001, on February 14, 2025, at 10:00 AM. A meal will follow immediately after the Celebration of Life.

CATERING/EVENTS — We cater to your vision: have an event? Our talented chefs will work with you to come up with the perfect option for you! We also have a traveling-BBQ Smoker & will be located at several events around the community this summer, so keep an eye out for us!

LYFE Healthy-Food Service — We offer weekly pre-prepared meals like Factor/Eat Clean/Trifecta. The difference? We are LOCAL! So no freezing, no shipping, & our meals get to you the day they are put together (pick-up or local delivery).

CONSULTING — Have a professional kitchen that needs some direction? Or want to start your own professional culinary venture, but do not know where to start? We have experience & can help with that!

MARKETPLACE — Want to shop small, local, & support area farms & ranches, but don't know where to start? This is where we would like to build a year-round "farmer's market" of sorts where you can get local produce, in-house butcher cut's of meats from local ranches, raw honeys, eggs, etc. in one place without having to travel from one side of the panhandle to the other to find it! *do you have local-product & want to be apart of this farm-to-table venture? contact us! We'd like to be able to open this section of our building by mid-summer!
