Scottsbluff High School junior Jazmyn Garcia is this week’s Outpatient Radiology Scottsbluff Athlete of the Week — and for good reason.

Jazmyn finished an incredible 38-1 season by winning the Class A 190-pound state championship on Wednesday, Feb. 18 at the NSAA girls’ individual state tournament in Omaha. She’s now the first-ever NSAA individual champion in Bearcat girls wrestling history.🔥

Congratulations to Tea Hermelin! The Gering senior — and exchange student from Stockholm, Sweden — is making waves for the Scottsbluff/Gering Seacats swim team.

Tea has posted state meet–qualifying times in both individual and relay events, and she lowered her 100-yard backstroke time to an impressive 1:04.13 in weekend competition.

Meet our rad tech, Tasha Olson, BSRT(R)(CT)(MR)!

As a CT, MRI, and X-ray technologist with 19.5 years of experience, Tasha brings incredible value to the OPR Scottsbluff team. She earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and has experience in critical-access and Level II trauma hospital settings.

Outpatient Radiology Scottsbluff has been a change of pace for Tasha, allowing her to enjoy a better work-life balance and more time for what she loves outside of work. She says, "I never would have thought I'd have the opportunity to work at an outpatient facility alongside an amazing team that strives to put patients first."

Outside of work, Tasha loves to travel, spend time outdoors, and relax with her two cats, Millie and Baylie. Tasha says a dream of hers would be to have her own animal rescue, as she volunteers each week at the local animal shelter. "Animals have my heart, always," she says.
