You’ll notice this batch is a beautiful dark amber color — and that’s a GOOD thing!

🌿 Darker honey typically indicates:
• Higher antioxidant content
• More minerals & enzymes
• A richer, deeper flavor
• Nectar sourced from wildflowers, trees, and diverse local blooms

It has a bold, robust taste and all the natural enzymes intact. This is real, living honey — just the way it should be.

We have a VERY limited supply since this is our first harvest, and once it’s gone, it’s gone until the next pull!
