Know Diabetes by Heart Lunch & Learn.

This is a FREE one session program that covers a variety of topics including: information on the link between diabetes, heart disease and stroke, tips on how to prepare questions for your doctor and more.
Program is March 5th at 11 a.m. at the Scottsboro Public Library. Bring your lunch - drinks and desserts will be provided.
