We would like to inform everyone that WE ARE OPEN for all your family practice needs. We are treating well patients in the morning, and reserving our afternoon appointments for sickness. We see all ages, pediatrics to geriatrics. We perfom CDL physicals, sports physicals and medicare physicals. We offer vaccinations for all age groups and accept most insurances. We participate in the Vaccine for Children program. We are currently testing for COVID-19. Please contact our office at 812-752-4055 for all your healthcare needs.

Kate Short RN, MSN, FNP-C

Kate has been a nurse practitioner for 8 years and started with St. Luke's 6 months ago. She has experience working in family practice, urgent care and occupational health. She has lived in Scott Co her entire life and currently resides in Scottsburg with her husband and three children. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, golfing and home projects.

Adrienne Parks, MPH, PA-C has practiced at St. Luke’s since June 2012.

She earned her Masters of Public Health from The George Washington University in 2007. Then in 2011, she earned her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from University of Kentucky (Go CATS!).

Adrienne is married to Jami Parks. They reside in Scott County with their two children. She enjoys crafting, playing games and cheering on the Wildcats!

We will start with Erica Rodgers, RN,MSN,FNP-C. Erica has practiced at St. Luke's Medical Ministry since 2003. She became a Nurse Practitioner in 1999 and practiced internal medicine from then until she joined our team in 2003.

She earned her bachelors and masters of science in nursing degrees from Indiana University.

Erica is a life long resident of Southern Indiana, mother of 2 grown sons and an amateur archeologist.
